Management System Scope

MD Group's Management System thus covers: Design and development, manufacturing, testing, delivery and after-sales service of the tool.


The Management System is defined in accordance with the requirements of the NP EN ISO 9001:2015 and NP EN ISO 14001:2015 standards and covers all of the Organization's areas and services, and no exclusion from the normative standards was identified.

  • Dedication to the customer in order to achieve their Satisfaction and whenever possible exceed their expectations;

  • Motivate, raise awareness and train employees for greater involvement and active participation in the Life of the Organization; 

  • Providing the necessary resources for an internal environment that allows human and professional growth for everyone in the organization; 

  • Ensure effective management of processes and resources;

  • Comply with the requirements of NP EN ISO 9001, NP EN ISO 14001 and continuously improve Management System effectiveness;

  • Fulfill the legal, regulatory and statutory requirements and national and international standards that support the performance of our activities; 

  • Our commitment is to protect the environment in the execution of our activities towards the prevention of pollution, through the rational use of natural resources and thus contributing to the reduction of environmental impacts.


Environment, Health, and Safety at Work (EHS) 

  • Definition and fulfillment of compliance obligations, legal, regulatory, and other requirements concerning Environment, Occupational Safety and Health, fire prevention, and emergency response.

  • Promoting the continuous improvement of its activities by defining environmental, safety, and health objectives and targets through programs, procedures, and actions, allowing for the improvement of its environmental, safety, and health performance, ensuring that it:

- Promotes the training, information, and awareness of its employees, fostering a preventive culture, considering that each employee contributes to the preservation of safety and health and to the preservation and protection of the environment

- Seeks new, safer, healthier, and more sustainable technical solutions, focusing on improving machinery and equipment and replacing hazardous substances with less harmful alternatives for the environment and workers' health.

- Promotes the participation and consultation of all employees within the scope of Environment, Safety, and Health at Work.

- Identifies, evaluates, and manages risks associated with activities, with the aim of eliminating hazards, reducing risks, and preventing work accidents and occupational diseases.

- Defines and implements collective and individual protection measures, ensuring personal protective equipment for its employees.

- Evaluates compliance with obligations and corrects any non-conformities.


  • Identifies and evaluates significant environmental aspects arising from its activities, adopting measures to prevent adverse environmental impacts, considering the life cycle perspective.

  • Protects the environment by defining actions for pollution prevention and the protection of the natural environment from damage and degradation resulting from its activities, promoting the sustainable use of resources. 

  • It encourages the preservation of water and energy resources, the reduction of waste production and its correct management, and the responsible management of effluents and emissions.

  • Considers climate change, defining actions to minimize and control gaseous emissions, particularly greenhouse gases, monitors its energy consumption, and uses renewable energies whenever viable.
